Al Arabiya: The individual seen in a video chanting party slogans was killed in an airstrike on Jibshit in Nabatieh Friday.

The footage is old and was shared by a close associate after his death.

He had been dismissed from the Lebanon army about 4 months ago.

A Lebanese Army soldier stationed near Kafarkila was filmed pledging allegiance to Hezbollah's Nasrallah, declaring "At your service Nasrallah" and threatening "the Zionist enemy."

The video has sparked backlash in Lebanon, with critics accusing President Joseph Aoun's military institution of harboring Hezbollah loyalists within its ranks.
