Image of the same destroyed U.S. Army command post in Kuwait, where six American servicemen were killed in an Iranian strike.
The tactical operations center reportedly lacked adequate protection against direct overhead attacks and was reinforced only with T-shaped concrete barriers around its perimeter.
Interestingly, the published photo also clearly shows a Soviet-era FAB-type free-fall bomb lying on the ground. Its presence remains unexplained, given that U.S. sources attribute the strike to Iranian drones. It also does not appear to have fallen from above. tweet
