First images of #NorthKorea’s new unidentified MLRS disseminated via KCTV slideshow (no KCNA images) this time. Screenshots below. Note the extensive efforts to conceal the launcher.

There’s enough here to make out that this is is maybe (?) a 2x2 tube arrangement on top of a tracked chassis similar to the KN19 (Kumsong-3 CDCM). Appears to be in a forest camo, perhaps.

For UNSCR purposes, a “rocket artillery” system like the one #NorthKorea just tested is also a “ballistic missile” (USIC calls sub-300 km systems close-range ballistic missiles, or CRBMs). This is still a violation.
