一名男子涉藉反修例事件眾籌欺詐被捕
警方拘捕一名本地男子涉嫌以眾籌為名欺詐，警方指，男子涉嫌管理一個散播仇恨言論、虛假信息及煽動暴力的社交平台，並經營一個含欺詐成分的網上眾籌平台。 網絡安全及科技罪案調查科警司莫俊傑說，警方本星期三在大埔拘捕這名32歲男子，指他以幫助因反修例事件而流亡海外的人士為名，自去年9月至今成功籌得63萬元。警方懷疑這名男子收取款項後用作其他用途，或將資金轉移至私人戶口。案件仍在調查，不排除會拘捕更多涉案人士。 警方提醒市民必須留意網上眾籌的資金用處，如懷疑被騙，可即時致電警方的反詐騙熱線18222求助。

海外流亡政府宣言
1997年7月1日，香港淪陷，被納入共匪國度當中。簽訂中英聯合聲明時，共匪以馬照跑，舞照跳的謊言去製造假象予國際，令各國相信香港還是港人治港，高度自治，依舊歌舞昇平。
實際上，各種赤化工程早已暗地進行。從經濟，教育各方面上不停蠶食香港，以千億大白象工程蠶食香港庫房，以一地兩檢破壞香港法治，國民教育、送中惡法、匪歌法、匪安法等一步一步咁破壞香港嘅法治。 香港的極權政府此時已無任何誠信可言。
最後由送中惡法於6月9日和平遊行後林鄭政權嘅無視爆發一系列抗爭，黑警發射無數顆催淚彈、胡椒彈等， 在多次嘅抗爭當中超過7000手足被捕。無數手足失蹤、被消失、受傷甚至係死亡，更有大量手足被逼流亡海外，離開香港，永遠不能回家。
在此，容許我引述前中共國國家主席-毛澤東嘅一句名言： 哪裡有壓迫，哪裡就有反抗 。香港人受到無理嘅惡法嘗試表達自己嘅聲音，迎來的是更多的壓迫，導致我哋逼不得已將行動升級，於軍政府於去年開始多次開戰，雖然造成大量嘅手足被捕甚至受傷，卻令到中共嘅面具徹底撕開，向國際社會展現其真實殘酷一面。
數天前攬炒巴的一番言論，令我們有了一個方向。區議會議員雖然得到香港市民的認受性，但遲遲未見行動，而立法會議員完全不能寄望，尤其是為了利益的泛民政黨。

Declaration of the New Hong Kong Government in Exile
On the 1st of July, 1997, Hong Kong has fallen and was occupied by the communist regime. When signing the Sino-British Joint Declaration in 1984, communist China lies to the world that ‘horse racing and dancing will go on’, which convinced all countries included the United Kingdom to believe Hong Kong will remain the same, and having Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong with a high degree of autonomy for at least 50 years.
In fact, various projects have been carried out in secret to communize Hong Kong. In economic and education aspect, it nibbles Hong Kong continuously, with hundreds of billions of ‘white elephant projects’ taking money away from Hong Kong government, destroying the rule of law in Hong Kong with Two inspections in one place in the High-Speed Rail Station which violate the Basic Law. By undermining the rule of law in Hong Kong. The totalitarian government of Hong Kong has no integrity at this time.
In the meantime, a series of conflicts broke out after Carrie Lam’s regime ignored the peaceful protest on 9th June 2019 and continue to propose the extradition law. The ‘Military’ police fired countless tear gas and pepper bombs to their citizens, and more than 7000 protesters were arrested since then. Innumerable of protesters have been disappeared, injured or even dead, and a large number of us has been forced to exile overseas. After the exile, many protesters can never return to our home – Hong Kong.
Now, please allow me to quote one of the popular speech of the former Chairman of Communist China, Mao Zedong: Where there is oppression, there is resistance. The people of Hong Kong have been unreasonably trying to express their opinion but ushered in more oppression, which forces us to escalate our actions. Since last year, we and the tyranny had confronted for many times, which caused a large number of protesters arrested and injured. However, what we succeed is completely torn apart the CCP ’s mask, showing its true brutality to the international community.
A few days ago, the remarks from that leader of ‘Fight for Freedom. Stand with Hong Kong’ gave us a direction. Although the members of the District Councils have been recognized by the people of Hong Kong during the last election, we cannot see the action from them for a long time, and we should not give any hope to members of the Legislative Council, especially those Pan-Decomantic Parties who just want benefits from the political environment.
As Hong Kong protesters are in exile, we see that the CCP continuously to oppress Hong Kong people, and we have to stand up and fight back.
Today, the Hong Kong communist government is not authorized by majority of Hongkongers. From Carrie Lam to the Pro-China legislators are all controlled by Xi Jinping, the Hong Kong government has lost its acceptability. Furthermore, the judicial system that Hong Kong was proud of in the past has no longer existed.
Hong Kong people in exile will actively prepare for the new Hong Kong government. Overseas Hongkongers should also raise funds by themselves and to train themselves, supporting Hong Kong's protesters, and even return to Hong Kong for revolution in the future. The voice of Hong Kong people wishing for independence today is entirely created by the CCP regime. Now, Hong Kong independence is the only way out
