yes, but as you keep saying, we need more marketing -> results in number of users and application of our software: more users, business clients working with us, giving the app to their users, using the protocol, etc etc
this ofcourse can be pushed in various directions (more app downloads, more community members, more companies on business platform, someone actually using the protocol or building on it) etc.
its tricky, cuz we need to balance long term vision/goals of what we want, and not just short term results that dont align with the thing we actually want to build.
but overall, yes. -> clear goals, a single focus and steps need to be defined and published and worked on.
We are currently dancing around with the app, seeker app, business platform, token utility, protocol, etc. -> but this was necessary to lay out this full system foundation, cuz when these parts are there when they all connect together we get something powerful; if we focus on 1 thing and move faster with growth; thats also ok, but it might get us stuck in a short term direction.
i think most projects focus on 1 popular short term thing, but long term things are not aligned and they dissapear, and for me its obvious, but its like people ignore it or dont care. -> but still, we definitely need a clear singular achievable direction while keeping these things aligned:
• real web3 usecase, not something thats pretending to be web3 (not just for labeling ourselves as 'web3' but to enable us to actually have a competitive advantage on the market in this new financial layer of the internet)
• token utility thats sensical
• a product that people want to use and need to use
• a benefit for partners to integrate and distribute
• follow all regulations
• be simple
• achieve better health for end users, not just usage or revenue, but improve health (not just cuz we wanna be altruistic, but because it increases the value we provide and improves long term growth)
• build trust long term (very difficult to gain trust in crypto + healthcare combinations)
• keep the token alive (because thats basically the financialization of the project; and we can not just ignore it and build)
• not go bankrupt
• fix past tokenomics mistakes and not repeat them
Can we focus just on growing the app users? yeah easy to do with - no protocol, no business platform etc., but what about all these other things? I refuse to not consider all these components, because i am convinced 100% that this will create the final offer and focus when aligned that will enable us to grow faster and more sustainable.
It's funny, cuz most 'web3' projects, are not really web3. What is their token utility? Why do they even need a blockchain? Is their project open sourced and decentralized? Does it involve a real world usecase and benefit, or is it just gambling? etc.
So now, short term:
• seeker app release
• protocol mainnet release
mid term:
• integrate a DeFi native health coverage pool using the protocol and the app (so its not just rewards, but some type of coverage)
then we will see the results.
in the next 30-45 days we should ideally have a clear direction for pure growth and exit the building & experimentation phase.

I haven’t slept for 2 nights straight. I’ve been awake for 40 hours.
This is what building OmegaX has looked like behind the scenes:
• a new and improved design system, brand voice, and overall strategy (not live yet)
• implementation across the website and new web pages (not live yet)
• automation of app deployment for faster releases (live)
• macOS direct-to-device download, without the App Store (live)
• fixing app bugs (live) + new versions on stores -> shipping speed incread now by 100x for updates and fixes and new features
• building an internal task management system connected to internal operation agents
• automated documentation writing for the protocol
• social media automation across all channels, connected to our brand and strategy (not live yet, partially)
• development automations
• a new and improved investor pitch deck (not live yet)
• banner design for LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and more (not live yet)
• syncing all of it across the app, protocol, business, website, docs, socials, presentations, and everything else
The goal is to achieve a few very clear outcomes:
• Seeker live (alpha is live now; if u have the phone -> release as soon as testing is done in 1-2 days)
• a unified brand ready for marketing through content and campaigns (not live yet)
• a product strategy that makes sense across web2 and web3 without feeling fragmented (not live yet)
• a development process that is faster, easier, and built for extremely fast iteration (live)
On top of that, there are the usual issues, plus company end year reports, updates, documentation, and financials.
For the last 2–3 weeks, I’ve been pushing above average.
Most people probably do not realize this yet, but what we are building on the protocol side is something many web3 projects take 2–3 years to build.
We are compressing that timeline aggressively.
