➡️What Happened:
Back in January, 0x34 paid @R5 $500 for an organic X growth service, agreeing he would grow 0x34's own account. R5 dragged it out until April, then made him buy a new "active organic" 12k stat account for another $350 instead.

The issue? The 12k account is dead and only gets around 50 views per post.

➡️The Current State:
R5 had a personal issue (which 0x34 kept private out of respect), but he has left 0x34 on read for the past week. 0x34 has 5 minutes of screen recordings of their chat history to show staff privately.

➡️0x34 also asked staff if they could help him recover his old account (@bedlam), which was hacked in 2020, because someone is asking $500 to give it back.

✔️TL;DR: 0x34 paid @R5 $500 for growth, got made to wait months, and was forced to buy a $350 account that only gets 50 views. R5 is now ghosting, and 0x34 wants a refund.

Current update is OGU's Admin Arc advised Kacper to reopen the deal dispute if he has any new proof to show, kacper argues that cupid has some connection to a known scammer banned onsite aka Roxivity, in which he suspects he is the scammer on an alt account.

I’m going to respond to this because this reopened dispute is mostly repeating the same points with extra speculation added on top.

First off, I understand the buyer lost a lot to him and I get why he’s upset. But being upset and having suspicions doesn’t automatically make me responsible for what happened. The main accusation is that I failed to secure the account properly. That still hasn’t been proven. The minecraft account was secured properly and I got reputable people to vouch I did, which I showed staff + they can DM them directly and ask.

No actual evidence has been shown that I skipped steps or failed to secure something properly, he just keeps adding his assumptions. The argument is basically “the account got recovered later, so Cupid must have messed up.” That’s not proof. Accounts can get recovered for a lot of reasons. The next big point is me releasing without buyer confirmation. This is being framed like I instantly released everything without thinking, which isn’t true at all. I secured the account and waited over an hour (its only 1h i was supposed to wait) before releasing. In Minecraft deals, that is completely normal. Anyone who regularly deals with MC accounts knows this.

The added claims about roxivity also don’t change anything regarding me. Even if staff finds roxivity suspicious (which he isnt), that still doesn’t connect back to me. Wallet transfers, DMs, previous ownership, none of that proves I worked with anyone or acted improperly. At the end of the day, this dispute was reopened because staff said to reopen if there was actual new evidence that contradicted the original verdict. I’m not seeing that here. But I'm not going to sit here and ignore it since he mentioned it, roxivity told me he bought east account (Zyger MM'd and secured it for him and waited full 24h, instead of his typical 1h before releasing). Roxivity knows the victim and offered him 50% of the profit he makes (out of his own kindness).

"this is an example of a really similar case to mine (nearly 1:1)." the deal dispute you sent as an example actually proves our verdict is correct. if you read the verdict carefully, it says: "secure - you simply rushed the process and assumed all sessions were logged out. after secured you should've waited an hour in case there were active microsoft sessions. instead you released the funds 1 minute after you thought the account was fully secured." 

 in your case, cupid waited more than an hour. so your own defense contradicts your own statements.

What Happened:
The buyer agreed to sell two Telegram usernames, @earbud and @earbuds (worth over $1,100), to a Telegram user named ⁠@possession⁠ (ID: 6452230728) for $2,200. The buyer tried to add the official middleman Faiq, but the scammer pulled him into a second group chat with a fake Faiq account.

Unknowingly, the buyer sent the NFTs to the scammer's TON wallet.
Immediately after, the messages were deleted and the buyer was blocked.

The Twist & Connection to @scholar:
Within an hour, the stolen handles were transferred to @scholar's personal TON wallet. When confronted, Scholar claimed he had just "bought" them from someone.
However, blockchain records tell a different story:
There is zero record of any payment sent from Scholar's wallet to the scammer for the usernames.

The scammer's wallet has a history of receiving multiple stolen NFTs from different victims and forwarding them straight to Scholar without receiving payment.

The scammer's wallet actually sent a massive payment of 1,632 Gram directly to Scholar's wallet just 25 hours ago.
The buyer believes ⁠@possession⁠ is either Scholar's alt account used for scamming, or they are working closely together in a mass scamming ring.

Current Status:
Scholar currently has the freshly stolen ⁠@earbud⁠ and ⁠@earbuds⁠ up for sale in his Telegram channel (⁠t.me/supplier⁠). The buyer has submitted full blockchain proof and screenshots to staff in hopes of getting their usernames back.

TL;DR: Buyer got exit-scammed for @earbud and @earbuds via a fake Faiq MM group. The stolen handles went straight to @scholar’s wallet with zero proof of payment, and blockchain history shows the scammer actively sending crypto and stolen assets directly to Scholar.
