-We stored our claims, logins, etc in a Google Docs Spreadcheet.
-The randomly generated Gmail/OGE/password associated with the SoundCloud isn't publicly available, in any leaks, stealer logs, etc.
-In 2024 I went through my SoundClouds, associated emails and secured them without changing the passwords because I trusted Scar to not touch them as we were on good terms.

Key points:
Scar has another SoundCloud username that pairs with this one making it more likely that he'd want it.
Nobody but he and I had access to the spreadsheet / login information.
Only he and I had access to the login information.
Google only shows the browser used to attempt to access the OGE.
Scar claims to have deleted all login information associated with the SoundCloud autoclaiming project (exported spreadsheet, logins, claims, etc)
The Discord servers we used to track claims were banned so there's no way to obtain login information through that.
My machine is in good standing, no malware or any issues. OPSEC like bedrock.
As for Scar, he has a history of wiping his PC whenever he thought he got a virus but claims his machine and accounts are untouched as well.

Keep in mind I'm partially the reason why he was taken out of DWC as I had explained to Xavier the situation that got him into DWC in the first place but he won't mention that part despite knowing it as we were on good terms up until this situation happened.
Also, the "news" of Scar and I dating is obviously false. The person that is spreading the rumor is upset because I called him out for saying OGU was seized when it was down due to CloudFlare issues.

After reviewing everything, this dispute is invalid for 2 main reasons.

1. Cupid is the middleman, not the seller.

Cupid is not the person who sold you the account and, based on the evidence provided, there is no proof that he was involved in scamming you. If you believe Cupid was actually involved in the scam, you would need to provide sufficient evidence proving that. As of now, the seller is the person who allegedly scammed you, so any dispute regarding this should be opened against the seller, not the middleman.

2. The "he didn't wait for me to release" argument doesn't make sense.

You hired Cupid specifically to handle the securing process for you. The entire point of this is that they handle that part of the trade. Because of that, he is the one who decides when the account has been secured and when the funds can be relaesed.

Even if Cupid had waited for you to come back before releasing, it would not have changed the outcome. The most likely scenario is that you would have come online, asked if everything was good, Cupid would have told you the account was secured, the funds would have been released, and then the seller would have done the exact same thing a few minutes later.

Your dispute is based on the fact that the seller was apparently able to regain access to the account after the release. Whether you were online or offline at the time of release has no relevance to that issue and would not have prevented it from happening.
