based on the proofs provided by the user, we can see that the exchange is done by a third party which caused the inconvenience of losing time.

❗️Per OGUser.com Exchange section rules it states the following:
- Use of third-party exchangers is prohibited; providers must execute services themselves and have required funds.

Which raises the question, why do users that offer exchanges, rely on third parties while there's clear requirements onsite that forbids it?
