JPMorgan Chase has reached a deal to take over operation of the Apple Card 💳

Reports began circulating over two years ago that current Apple Card issuer Goldman Sachs was looking to end its partnership with Apple as part of an effort to scale back on consumer banking products amid steep losses.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Goldman Sachs is unloading its roughly $20 billion of outstanding Apple Card balances at a discount of more than $1 billion, a rare move for co-branded account deals like this. But higher than average delinquency rates and high exposure to subprime borrowers made it more difficult for Goldman Sachs to find a buyer.

Alongside its new Apple Card partnership, JPMorgan Chase will reportedly launch a new Apple savings account, but existing users with Apple savings accounts at Goldman Sachs will not be automatically transitioned and will need to decide whether they want to stay at Goldman Sachs or open new accounts with Chase.

impersonation
a user would message you impersonating a reputable person.
usually they will write the @ on their bio, make sure to double check who you are dealing with, or go to your saved messages and type the handle letter by letter. but always be cautious and if a deal is too good to be true, then it is.

Group Scam
Before i explain this go to, telegram settings > privacy and security > invites > who can add me, make sure you set it to "nobody".
this scam works by getting contacted by a scammer, and getting added on a group with a real middleman, once the middleman is offline, the scammer will change his name and profile picture to match the mm, to give you the illusion that ur talking to the real one, stay vigilante, click on the profile and double check the username and bio, don't mix the username section with the bio!

Character impersonation scam
The scammer would impersonate another user by changing out letter or using capital one's that look identical, for example.
letter / Ietter , both look identical? but the right one is a capital i.
Like i said before,

go to your saved messages and type the handle letter by letter.

Hyperlink Scam
a scammer would contact you and say something like "let's use @beam" but the @beam you are about to click on, is a fake hyperlink.
The link is disguised as looking like a tagged profile via a hyperlink format. If you click this link you will be linked to a scammers profile rather than the real Middleman. Which brings me back to my point of typing out the username yourself in private and compare.


We can't keep track of the countless scams existing on telegram, but you need to stay aware of who you are interacting with, and it's better to keep checking or lose your funds to a scammer.

confirm onsite no matter the reputation or vouches, and stay away from shady deals.

be aware of fake middleman, such as @/ hiring @/ clark , These people work with other scammers to gather victims, scam them and split your money.

this warning might look pointless to you, but just like what a person told me "if the scam is dumb and still used, and u'd think in ur head, who would fall for this? they wouldn't keep this up if they weren't gaining from it"

This news is not related to OGU,
But instagram suffered a data breach, i myself didn’t want to talk about it cuz i thought it’s false news, but i ended up getting a “reset your password” email, they will target any account, the leaked data is available on the dark web and consists of email/phone number/ address.
