🚨 Breaking News: Crypto gambling platform Stake is facing a federal class action RICO lawsuit in the United States. The case accuses Stake of running one of the largest illegal online casinos since 2022. Big names are involved too, rapper Drake and streamer Adin Ross have been added to the lawsuit.

Court filings claim they used Stake’s tipping system to move money around in deceptive ways, even boosting Drake’s streaming numbers on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. The lawsuit frames this as a racketeering conspiracy, arguing millions of users were misled by flashy promotions while facing gambling risks and financial losses.

If successful, the case could shut down Stake US and mark a major blow to celebrity backed crypto gambling. This story is still developing, but it already highlights how the mix of crypto, fame, and online casinos can turn into a legal firestorm.

⚠️ Breaking: A woman known as Tiffany tricked and startled a victim before taking $11,000 in crypto.

A clip on Telegram shows Tiffany pulling off the scam, frightening the victim with a shocking image and then draining their funds. Some who have followed the case describe her as cold and manipulative, though there are hints she showed a flicker of sympathy. In one message she mocked the victim, saying: “broke ngga only had 11k, how’d that ngga even get into my DB in the first place.”

Reports claim the stolen $11,000 was immediately gambled away on Stake, disappearing in just four Plinko spins.

Just in:
@cold fell for an address poisoning scam, which led to him sending 10k to the wrong address, but based on cold's replies on the dd,
OP sent the wrong addy to cold, he isn't even sure which one he sent, and he claims that cold sent the funds too fast which led to him not confirming the correct addy.

what do you think about this?

⚠️ to summarize, in other words.
op whole rant about this, he has 0 proof after asking for the gc to get deleted, to explain it in a simple way.

A random person sends the wrong poisoned addy to cold, cold pays, gc gets deleted, then the rando goes on a rant claiming cold got addy poisoned.
It’s a word vs word now since we lack to evidence from the gc
