𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 adalah squad yang terbentuk pada tanggal 16 Februari 2022 oleh 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘆, dengan nama awal 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝘀 yang dimana itu hanya khusus wanita, namun beberapa saat kemudian kami seluruh team memilih untuk merombak semuanya mulai dari nama, tema, logo, atb dll. akhirnya squad tersebut berhasil kami rombak dan jadilah nama 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 yang pastinya disetujui oleh all team 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 sendiri memiliki arti "penyerang" dengan harapan 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 bisa menjadi squad yang dapat di kenal luas di kalangan RPW.

Warna hitam menjadi ciri khas dari 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, warna hitam memiliki arti "𝗞𝘂𝗮𝘁, 𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗶, dan 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴" dan berharap akan membawa kenyamanan untuk kalian semua.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, adalah tempat/rumah tanpa memandang siapapun, dari jabatan ataupun sebagainya.
