Melalui surat ini, Kami atas nama entitas LUPVARIA, bertindak berdasarkan putusan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Majelis Hakim, menyampaikan poin-poin sebagai berikut

Kami menyampaikan permohonan maaf yang sebesar-besarnya apabila progresivitas dan kecepatan kami dalam mengembangkan konsep kenegaraan telah menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman, kekhawatiran, hingga perasaan terancam bagi pihak Nexus Point. Kami menyadari bahwa standar kreativitas dan skala pencapaian yang kami tuju mungkin telah menciptakan standar yang terlalu tinggi sehingga menimbulkan persepsi "kemiripan" di mata pihak yang merasa tersaingi.

Kami memohon maaf atas kesalahpahaman yang terjadi terkait penggunaan elemen-elemen universal seperti konsep kota, iklim, dan fasilitas publik. Kami tidak menyangka bahwa elemen dasar peradaban manusia tersebut diklaim sebagai inovasi eksklusif oleh pihak penggugat. Kami memohon maaf karena telah "terlalu maju" dalam berimajinasi sehingga melampaui batas-batas konsep yang dianggap milik pribadi oleh pihak lain.

Sesuai dengan perintah putusan, kami sudah melakukan transformasi ulang terhadap fasilitas internal kami. LUPVARIA memiliki cadangan kreativitas yang melimpah, sehingga melepaskan konsep yang diklaim oleh pihak penggugat bukanlah kerugian besar bagi kami. Hal ini justru menjadi kesempatan bagi kami untuk menunjukkan kepada publik kasta kreativitas yang sebenarnyayang tidak perlu bersembunyi.

Kami berharap, dengan adanya surat ini dan perubahan yang akan kami lakukan, pihak Nexus Point dapat merasa lebih aman dan tenang dalam menjalankan operasionalnya tanpa perlu merasa terbayangi oleh LUPVARIA.

Demikian surat ini kami sampaikan sebagai bentuk kepatuhan kami terhadap hukum, sekaligus sebagai penutup dari drama yang tidak produktif ini. Semoga setiap pihak dapat fokus pada level kreativitasnya masing-masing.

SURAT PERMINTAAN MAAF

Kami, pihak LUPVARIA, dengan ini menyampaikan permintaan maaf secara terbuka kepada nexus point atas tindakan dan kebijakan internal kami yang berdasarkan Putusan Roleplayer Court yang mana telah dinyatakan oleh pihak roleplayer court bahwa kami telah melakukan aksi plagiarisme terhadap pihak Nexus point

Kami menghormati Putusan Roleplayer Court yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat kesamaan fasilitas internal serta struktur dua grup yang dikatakan memenuhi unsur plagiarisme, dan bahwa penggunaan kata kota pada wording oleh lupvaria menimbulkan kesan mengikuti konsep nexus point.
Sebagai bentuk penghormatan, kami menyatakan:

1. Melakukan penyesuaian dan penyusunan ulang fasilitas internal serta struktur grup lupvaria agar memiliki identitas yang jauh berbeda.
2. Menghentikan dan/atau mengganti penggunaan kata kota pada woridng yang menimbulkan kesan mengikuti konsep nexus point sesuai dengan persetujuan awal

Permintaan maaf ini kami sampaikan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dan komitmen untuk menghormati proses hukum serta menjaga etika dan profesionalitas dalam lingkungan Roleplayer.
