❝ ֵ In the oldest records of the world, when the boundary between sky and earth was still blurred, a divine alliance known as the ETHEREAL  DOMINION was formed, led by Sierra Seraphina on October 23, 2025. It was not born as a kingdom, but as a sacred covenant among four noble races who governed four elements of nature: water, fire, courage, and nature itself.

In that era, the mermaids became guardians of the blue currents—calming yet capable of drowning the world. From the east, the Phoenix bore a pink-golden light that awakened new hope from the ashes of destruction. Upon the moonlit lands, eternal white horses ran fearlessly toward destiny. Meanwhile, within the sacred forests, fairies and green serpents guarded the balance of life, preserving silent knowledge understood only by souls of purity.

These four elements eventually united as the pulse of the universe, and the Ethereal Dominion became the final bastion against the destruction that ceaselessly loomed. Yet as time passed, the elemental powers required a new form—one that could bridge the divine realm and the human world. From this need arose a nation called EMMALY, led by Emperor Jack and Imperial Minister Mattheus D’leno on November 11, 2025. Emmaly became the first realm where beings from multiple dimensions lived together under one system, uniting divine law and worldly life in harmony.

As more wandering souls sought a place to belong, a gentler yet deeper nation was born: LYLUMINOUS. This land became a home for those once overlooked, granting them status according to their abilities. Within it lived four races formed from the fusion of spirit, natural power, and humanity: the wise Elves, the progressive Humans, the sacred-powered Valar, and the light-flowing Maiar. Under the leadership of Mattheus D’leno and Jack on November 15, 2025, LyLuminous stood as a realm between ancient life and the modern age, preserving old values while embracing the evolution of time.

But history did not end there. The world changed, and LyLuminous had to evolve to endure. From this great transformation emerged a modern nation known as

LUPVARIA, the highest legacy of the long journey that began with the Ethereal Dominion. These four regions carried forward the spirit of the four ancient elements, granting Lupvaria a balance unmatched by any other nation.

This great nation was later led by President Zayn Joran Govvero alongside Vice President Mattheus D'leno and Cleona Sinclair on December 10, 2025, uniting divine heritage of the past with the modern systems of governance. In their hands, Lupvaria became not merely a country, but a long journey—from legends, guardian spirits, and wandering souls—ultimately becoming a new home for countless beings across many eras.

Lupvaria stands as living proof that legends never die—they only change form with time, forever carrying the light of the past to guide the future.

Melalui surat ini, Kami atas nama entitas LUPVARIA, bertindak berdasarkan putusan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Majelis Hakim, menyampaikan poin-poin sebagai berikut

Kami menyampaikan permohonan maaf yang sebesar-besarnya apabila progresivitas dan kecepatan kami dalam mengembangkan konsep kenegaraan telah menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman, kekhawatiran, hingga perasaan terancam bagi pihak Nexus Point. Kami menyadari bahwa standar kreativitas dan skala pencapaian yang kami tuju mungkin telah menciptakan standar yang terlalu tinggi sehingga menimbulkan persepsi "kemiripan" di mata pihak yang merasa tersaingi.

Kami memohon maaf atas kesalahpahaman yang terjadi terkait penggunaan elemen-elemen universal seperti konsep kota, iklim, dan fasilitas publik. Kami tidak menyangka bahwa elemen dasar peradaban manusia tersebut diklaim sebagai inovasi eksklusif oleh pihak penggugat. Kami berharap, dengan adanya surat ini dan perubahan yang akan kami lakukan, pihak Nexus Point dapat merasa lebih aman dan tenang dalam menjalankan operasionalnya tanpa perlu merasa terbayangi oleh LUPVARIA.
