Agar kisi topper ki sunni hi hai toh follow this 3 STEP MODEL:
Step 1. You should share a similar background with them, so that you can resonate with their style.
Step 2. After 1st step, find out the differences between you and them, in terms of planning, material, simulation, guidance etc.
Step 3. Check if you can replicate the differences of 2nd step or not, if yes, you can try to imitate, else discard and go to step 1 and repeat.
Good Luck.

For all those jinka naam CSE 2025 FR mein aaya hai, unke paas toh hazaron calls aa rahi hongi, congrats to them! Lekin hum jaante hain, itne hi deserving aur hardworking bahut saare other candidates hain jo is sorrow ka bojh, 'what ifs' aur 'why nots' ko shoulders pe uthaye chal rahe hain. Wo aansu, wo feelings, jo words mein express hi na ho payen. Bole to bole kya kahe to kahe kya hota hai na, Humse zyada kaun samajh sakta hai ye pain?
Kayiyon ne multiple PTs diye hai, phir bhi ye result wrap head around nahi ho raha. Humare Saath bhi hota tha, humare dosto ke Saath bhi hai.
We also realised one thing, Is time humein kisi ki zarurat thi, ek voice, ek ear to let it all out. Kabhi mile, kabhi nahi. But NFU ab aapko alone feel nahi karne dega.
Jinki list mein naam nahi bana, hum aapki sunna chahte hain. Hum ek Open Interaction Session rakh rahe hain, only for you.
Most importantly Ye NA strategy session hai, NA guidance, NA future plans ki baat. Bas bolenge, sunenge. That's it. Yaad rakhna, ab you are not alone. NFU is with you. πͺβ€οΈ

Given the nature of the exam, each year the source of questions will change. So will you change your sources every now and then?

Improving mains score.
Ab 2 kaam karne hai. Identify
1. Areas which you YOURSELF think, you should have done as per PYQs Syllabus but didn't do. Areas you are not confident of, but are relevant for mains.
2. Areas which MARKSHEET itself is suggesting to improve. Example, if you got 80 in an essay, it simply means there is a very high probability of mis-interpretation of essay topic. If you got 80 in GS1 simply means demand of question was missed etc etc.
Good Luck π€

First and foremost thing one can do post release of scorecards is
1. Reflect on your actual scores VS what you believed should have been ( say gs 4 paper ke Baad you were feeling paper went really good. If marking is like last year you would cross 115 ab dekho kitna aaya)
2. Seocnd is actual scores vs your efforts in that paper (there can be a case where someone doesn't put in much efforts in GS3, goes only with security and agri ke bharose. Phir 84 mila to ye commensurate score hai..)
3. Compare your scores with other peer scorecards. It's a relative exam, you'll be awarded marks against other copies.

A student scored 75 in 2025
He got following questions wrong, IBRD, 5th schedule, governor, dpsp, rbi, NCM, arghata, pradeshika, cop28, CO2 emissions, rainforest, heat absorption, continent drift etc etc
12+ questions means 16+ net questions means 32+ marks means he was getting 107 marks if he got these NON NEGOTIABLES DONE.

The fundamental error that everyone does in mains is time management error.
People don't even know, where to utilise the time they have at their disposal
