Interesting fact: The only tracker used for analytics, App Center, has been dead for months (maybe a year?) and i have totally no idea why i added this.

I just updated the FCM credentials in my.telegram.org to replace the old FCM api (It will be removed on June 20)
This should have no impact on push notifications, however, some people may not able to receive FCM notifications for a short period of time.

Last time I upgrade NDK is on Apr 29, 2023. Quite long time.
Well, after trying upgrading NDK for many many times, I am happy to say I finally managed to upgrade it from r23c to r26d. (r23 is a reaaaaly old version of NDK that released in 2022)
With newer compiler, It might be running more fluently.
