Discernment is not about being “right.”
It is about the level of consciousness from which you are perceiving.

Every level below truth-based knowing is filtered through identity protection.

1. Survival Discernment (Threat Detection)

At this level, discernment is biological.

Your amygdala is deciding what is safe or unsafe.
You interpret tone, posture, silence, disagreement as potential danger.

You don’t ask: “Is this true?”
You ask unconsciously: “Am I safe?”

This is not stupidity. It’s programming.

But truth cannot be accessed while your body is defending itself.

Indicator: Urgency, black-and-white thinking, emotional spikes.

Here, you believe you are discerning truth — but you are actually recognizing patterns from the past.
