The Iran conflict has pushed energy prices higher, intensifying inflation risks as eurozone economic growth shows signs of weakening. Meanwhile, French government bond yields have climbed to their highest levels in nearly 25 years, leaving the ECB caught between controlling inflation and supporting economic growth.

✅Money markets are pricing in the possibility of multiple rate hikes, while economists largely anticipate one final increase in December.

The Fed kept interest rates unchanged at 3.75%–4.00% on October 28. However, policymakers continue to express concern about elevated inflation, while markets are reassessing the possibility of further rate increases. Higher-for-longer interest rates could limit gold's recovery

2.Today's US GDP and PCE inflation reports

Markets are watching the third-quarter GDP estimate and September Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) inflation data
- Strong GDP and hotter-than-expected core PCE could strengthen the dollar and push gold lower.
- Softer inflation or weaker economic growth could ease rate expectations and support gold.

3. On the H1 timeframe, an accumulation-based bullish wave has formed, with wave 4 retesting the breakout point at 4030. The price is moving sideways, continuing to accumulate for a short-term upward move.
