The Comanchero Motorcycle Club, one of Australia's largest outlaw bikie gangs, has released a video for its 60th anniversary.

The clip heavily features founder Jock Ross, who opened the club up to Middle Eastern and Pacific Islander members in the late 90s and early 2000s.

In 2002 a group of Lebanese members led by Muslim immigrant Mahmoud 'Mick' Hawi turned up at Ross's home, bashed him, took his Harley Davidson and club colours, and appointed Hawi Supreme Commander.

Hawi was gunned down outside a Sydney gym in 2018, and long-time friend Yusuf Nazlioglu was acquitted of his murder, only to be shot dead himself in 2022.

Ross is still alive, and in 2021 survived being accidentally run over by the daughter of celebrity brain surgeon Charlie Teo.
