Following CM Yogi Adityanath's directives, four officials have been suspended with immediate effect

• Gaurav Kumar – Executive Engineer (Collection), Electricity Dept., Janakipuram
• Kamlendra Kumar Singh – FSSO, Fire Dept., Indira Nagar
• Anil Kumar – Assistant Engineer, LDA
• Pramod Pandey – Junior Engineer, LDA

The suspensions come after the devastating Aliganj fire tragedy that killed at least 15 people and injured several others.

The state government has also constituted a 2-member SIT to investigate the incident and submit its report within 7 days.
