29 NaPak security personnel including police were critically injured, 10 police personnel have been officially declared dead.
As per details, a suicide bomber rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the compound around 8:30 p.m., destroying parts of the check post and damaging nearby buildings.
More than 120 militants had surrounded the check post as security forces launched a response operation and cordoned off the area.
