· Food & Water: Pehle se stocking karo grains, pulses, packaged food, water purifiers. Local farming bhi karo.
· Virus Protection: Masks, sanitizers, essential medicines ka stock rakho. Crowded areas avoid karo.
· Communal Violence: Apne area ke trusted logon ke saath group banao. Self-defense ke basic training lo.
