1. High Court ruled that J&K areas under Paxtan’s control are still Indian territory, so cross-LoC trade is intra-state supply under GST.

2. Traders doing barter trade received Section 74 GST notices for alleged suppression of facts in 2017 to 18 and 2018 to 19.

3. Court said combined notices are valid and that valuation/tax issues in barter with areas under Paxtan must be decided by GST authorities.

4. Petitions were dismissed as premature, but the Court made it clear that supplies sent to regions controlled by Paxtan remain intra-state for GST.
