my views:

Extremely compulsory work pressure is the biggest reason.
The institution only wants to make records by showing the number of “SIR” completed in a given time.
To fool the administration and look efficient on paper, they squeeze every drop of labour from BLOs.

They don’t value the life of a common man.
They don’t care about the mental health, family, or dignity of the officer on ground.
For them, a BLO is not a human just a number.

If the system cannot guarantee safety, dignity, and reasonable workload, then who will take responsibility when a BLO ends their life due to pressure?
Targets are important but human life is more important.

Replying to every single person as fast as possible.

The fake guy named "Gulab Jamun" compared me with current technology insulted vedic astrology. This guy disrespected ancient vedic astrology, Nalanda University, which was burned down during Bakhtiyar Khilji’s time, and how astrology used to be one of the subjects taught there.
And if you hate all these so much then why you are here? Why you invites pandit to the wedding and all.
I agree that there are more fake people ripping people off these days, but they also cause hatred towards real people.

I respect everyone's opinion, but I cannot hear disrespect towards Vedas, Vedic Astrology, scriptures, Puranas etc.
