LeT, JeM EXPAND MINI TRAINING CAMP NETWORK IN PORKISTAN
♦️Decentralised Network: LeT and JeM are setting up mini training camps across Porkistan, particularly Punjab, to decentralise operations and reduce the impact of individual camp strikes.
♦️Rebuilt Camps: LeT’s Muridke camp and JeM’s Bahawalpur HQ have been rebuilt but now have reduced activity and mainly symbolic value.
♦️Recruitment Drive: ISI has directed both groups to recruit nationwide, targeting 1,000+ terrorists for training at the mini camps.
♦️PoK Deployment: Trained recruits would remain on standby before moving to PoK and then J&K when infiltration opportunities arise.
♦️Over 500 terrorists are currently believed to be at PoK launchpads.
♦️Hamas Role: ISI has brought Hamas leaders to Porkistan and plans to involve Hamas operatives in the camps to give recruits additional combat experience.
♦️Rotating Camps: Training sites would be shut after each programme and relocated, making detection and targeting harder.
