This is what drives me insane about our legal system. EVERY SINGLE judge who has agreed to this knows damn well that the Supreme Court Court has already ruled that cases like this are unconstitutional, but they do it anyway. They do it to tie up and “normalize” folks and dare others to bear an expensive burden to bring it up to SCOTUS. But what I hate about the legal system is that the SCOTUS doesn’t reach down and squash these cases before it even gets to them. Pathetic. https://t.me/libsontiktok/7662
