Tomorrow I will be starting my friends and family fundraising calls.
Although I have a HUGE advantage over my primary opponents and the democrat incumbent with earned media and volunteers...The name of the game is fundraising. We need money to win. We need money in order to make the changes WE all want to see in Congress.
Over the next week or so I will be calling some of you to ask for help. I know you guys are rooting for me and want me to win...But I need you guys to help my campaign finance this run.
Every night before I go to sleep I can smell the cardboard boxes I will be holding as I walk through the halls of Congress to move into OUR new office. I can picture it as if it was a memory of something that already happened. I have found my calling...My calling is to serve the American people. We are going to electrify our party and we are going to change the world.
