Hezbollah also has the potential to strike sensitive targets like petrochemical plants and nuclear reactors, WaPo reports citing sources.
Washington remains concerned that Netanyahu may see an expanded fight in Lebanon as key to his political survival amid domestic criticism of his leadership and govt.
