The whistleblower is an ex-prisoner himself who has been tortured by this system, and later was forced to participate in it, by handling the video footage. This person, after coming in contact with Gulag-net, decided to "end this hell" and send them the videos, as well as information. According to that data, there are hundreds of people in the video archive who have been tortured in that prison alone and similar reports have been heard from other Russian prisons.

The whistleblower is currently not in #Russia and is looking for political asylum.

She said they used to make jokes about how you could tell which country would collapse next by what countries fb decided to go into and "subsidize" phone plans to give people access. Because they then conveniently have no algorithms to censor anything in those languages, violence tends to ensue. So basically they set them up to be manipulated by Soros or whoever.
