Reacting to the ICJ advisory opinion on Israel’s occupation policies and practices, Oxfam stated that the ruling confirmed Israel "is committing the crime of apartheid in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, which is one of the most serious international crimes."

I've talked a number of times about Social Impact Bonds and how Chalmers is opening up the welfare industry to private interests to track and trace children and families (and other people- homeless, prisoners, refugees etc.) These private interests will intervene on the identified children and families, field them through programs and make a profit, under the guise of philanthropy.

This is unreal, Murdoch Children's Research Institute has started a new project called GenV which targets every pregnant woman and baby over the next two years who live in Victoria. The project is funded by the Victorian government and Paul Ramsay Foundation. Paul Ramsay Foundation create Social Impact Bonds.

The GenV project collects baby and mother's saliva (DNA). They would also like to collect the babies poo and the mother's breast milk. They will collect information about the mother from services they have previously visited and continue to visit in the future- this will include the child as he/she grows up, as well as how they are progressing at school. The information collected includes mental health/ physical health/ academic records/ social records (SEL scoring)/ information about the neighbourhood (air pollution is given as an e.g.). They collate this information and track the child through his or her life to garner outcomes.

They will ongingly assess the child for their health and wellbeing. They may take heart rate records of the child for eg. They can contact services the mother and child accesses (including teachers) and they can ask the services for extra information on the child, and the family.

They are collating DNA/ Education/ Social scoring/ Disabilities/ Mental Health/ Physical Health and more and creating an assessment on how these relate to the child's outcomes.

This information collected will be stored on blockchain. The reason they are doing this is to refine the system to provide a rationale for when impact investors can swoop in to intervene on your child and make a profit. This will lead to pre-emptive interventions based on the finding, for e.g. it's better to intervene early with a baby who has a mother with certain DNA traits, mental health and physical health records.

The link with DNA is particularly concerning, and smacks of Eugenics.

Spanish PM Pushes Media Censorship Law Amidst Corruption Scandal

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is pushing for new rules to be adopted with the stated aim of stopping the spread of “fake news” – specifically that which he brands as being “largely finances by the extreme right.”

But the opposition there remains unconvinced that this is not simply another initiative to censor media outlets that the government dislikes, sold to the public as a new way to rein in “digital tabloids that spread hoaxes.”

Despite, or because of these suspicions, that the government’s activities are aimed at stifling the very foundations of democracy, free speech, and media, Sanchez chose to “sell” his proposal to Spain’s parliament as necessary – to protect democracy.
“Without reliable and diverse sources of information, the citizens are blind,” Sanchez is quoted as declaring.

📸 A very violent attack targets Yemen's ports and airports, hours after Israeli jets were spotted heading towards Yemen.

🇾🇪/🇮🇱 The Israeli army told Al Arabiya, that the attack was a strike against the fuel depot and oil refineries at the port of Al-Hudaydah in Yemen.

The attack was carried out jointly by Israel, the US and UK and involved 12 Israeli aircraft, including F-35 fighter jets.

The attack did not involve military targets, but rather attacks on economic infrastructure to put a toll on Yemen's fragile financial situation and the economy.

The attack was also in retaliation to the economic losses at Israel's Eilat port.
