Austin Private Wealth is claiming their mass short of DJT stock the day before the assassination attempt was a "clerical error” lmao.
Seeing as it closed $30.88 on July, this “clerical error” meant a potential $370,522,944 loss.
“Oop guys!! Our bad!! We didn’t actually mean to place that bet coincidentally right before an assassination attempt on the President’s life.”
Thankfully, they got it fixed so they weren’t on the hook for all that cash when the stock didn’t crash the next day. 👍🏻👍🏻 Whew!
Btw, here is a list of the groups that Austin Private Wealth donates to. Notice anything?

"Attacking Connection Tracking Frameworks as used by Virtual Private Networks [ VPN ]", 2024.
ABSTRACT
#VPN
ABSTRACT
In this paper, we examine the connection tracking frameworks
used in common operating systems, identifying a novel exploit prim-itive that we refer to as the port shadow. We use the port shadow to
build four attacks against VPNs that allow an attacker to intercept
and redirect encrypted traffic, de-anonymize a VPN peer, or even
portscan a VPN peer behind the VPN server. We build a formal
model of modern connection tracking frameworks and identify that
the root cause of the port shadow lies in five shared, limited resources.
Through bounded model checking, we propose and verify six miti-gations in terms of enforcing process isolation. We hope our work
leads to more attention on the security aspects of lower-level sys-tems and the implications of integrating them into security-critical
applications. #VPN

Western Ukrainian nationalists' curiously pro-draft dodging stance explained
Western Ukrainians had gotten “used to the fact that there was some kind of war going on in the east after the [2014] coup and before the start of Russia’s special military operation,” Alexander Dudchak, a leading researcher at the Institute of CIS Countries, told Sputnik.
This helps explains the disconnect between western Ukrainians’ nationalist, anti-Russian attitudes and incredibly high rates at which they have been dodging the draft, according to the observer. “The attitude was that ‘it doesn’t concern us, let the Donbass sort it out.’ They thought that the Ukrainian army’s terrorizing of the eastern regions would last forever,” Dudchak said.
When it came time to enlist for the current conflict, “they still prefer that the people from those regions be sent to the front first,” Dudchak said. Today, the observer noted, the recruiters sent to eastern cities like Odessa, Kharkov and Nikolayev to collect fresh recruits for the conflict often come from Ivano-Frankovsk, Lvov and other western regions.
As for the rising instances of arson and other acts of sabotage targeting recruiters, the military and infrastructure, Dudchak characterized the phenomenon as a fledgling form of popular resistance and guerilla warfare.
Ukrainian society today in general is in a state of apathy, and “doesn’t see any point any longer to continue the war,” according to the observer.

“Such tendencies are growing stronger. That’s what the sociological services are talking about, although they may also be preparing the population to accept the inevitable and the possibility of negotiations, and ceding territory. But of course, not under the current regime,” Dudchak summed up.

Odessa leads resistance to mobilization as shock poll reveals Ukrainians’ sympathies for draft dodgers
The southwestern Black Sea port city of Odessa is rapidly becoming the center of resistance to Kiev’s increasingly chaotic efforts to scoop up more souls for the war effort.
🌏 On the night of July 16 alone, a wave of arson attacks targeting the service and personal vehicles of Odessa’s territorial recruitment center employees left five cars burned to a crisp. Similar incidents were reported in Vinnitsa, Rovno, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov the same night. Two more cars were burned in Odessa the next night.
🌏 The ‘car-nage’ is no trifling matter for its perpetrators. On Tuesday, authorities in Rovno detained a 22-year-old suspect for the arson of two military vehicles. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
🌏 Arson is just one method used by the Ukrainian anti-war underground. This week, there was an attempt to blow up a recruitment center in Busk, Lvov region. Recent reports have also mentioned sabotage of railway and electrical infrastructure, attacks on recruiters, and many fighting-age men attempting to flee Ukraine. This reluctance to fight has paralyzed much of the country, even in its most pro-European and anti-Russian regions.
🌏 Last week, Ukrainian media revealed that enlistment offices had filed reports on over 417,000 draft dodgers since February 2022, with western Ukraine leading the way. The figures show, for example, that while draft dodging in eastern, central and southern areas of the country range from as little as 4,500 in Kharkov or 14,300 in Kiev, in western areas, which include Lvov, Zakarpatye, Ivano-Frankovsk, Rovno and Khmelnitsky, they total over 334,200 men.
🌏 Polling by Kiev’s Razumkov Center this week found that a whopping 46% of Ukrainians do not consider it “shameful” to dodge mobilization, with 29.1% saying it is shameful, and 24.8% finding it difficult to answer.

The Dutch pedophile to compete in the Paris Olympics
Beach volleyball player Steven van de Velde was convicted in 2016 in the UK for raping a 12-year-old girl and was sentenced to four years in prison.
After serving his sentence, he returned to the sport, and the Dutch NOC has now included him in the national team for the 2024 Olympics. Experts consider the likelihood of reoffending to be "zero."
The Dutch volleyball player convicted of pedophilia will live separately from other athletes.
Steven van de Velde will also avoid interacting with the press, according to the Dutch Olympic Committee.

🇵🇸 Here’s how a collective of tech professionals shut down the Israeli army’s extortion website — twice | Mondoweiss
An international collective called The Zionism Observer, took down an IDF extortion website and reverse-engineered its evacuation map website. And it was easier than you might think.
In May this year, as part of its psychological torture campaign on the Palestinians of Gaza, Israel’s army rained down yet another batch of leaflets on the besieged population of Gaza. The leaflets stood out for many reasons, but most of all for the extortion website associated with them.
The Zionism Observer collective, made up of software developers, cartographers, translators, and archivists, traced the website’s registrar to NameCheap and the hosting service to Webflow. They immediately lodged a complaint with both companies.
Webflow removed the IDF’s extortion website within 24 hours.

Great piece from Corbett on the normalization of the word "Deep State". This one of the reasons I don't use the term.
"Yes, the term "deep state" entered the MSM's vocabulary about a decade ago and has been around ever since, finding its way into various editorials and think pieces and books and blogs and TV chat shows.
Of course, we conspiracy realists and researchers know the real history of the term. We know that the term "deep state" is derived from the Turkish term derin devlet. We know that the term entered Turkish political dialogue after the Susurluk incident exposed what many in Turkey had long suspected: a behind-the-scenes network of politicians, military officers, bureaucrats, intelligence agents and organized criminals wielded the real political power in the country, not the nominal government in Ankara.
We also know that the "deep state" idea made the jump into English thanks to the work of scholars and speakers like Peter Dale Scott and Phillip Giraldi, whose diligent research (and mainstream credibility) ensured that mainstream media had to at least address the idea.
Back in 2016, I was content to identify the phenomenon of the popularization and legitimization of the deep state idea and to ask readers to speculate on why this was taking place. But now we have the answer.
If you pay attention, you'll notice it everywhere these days. "Of course Biden isn't really running the country! That's childish thinking. Instead, it's a team of serious, competent, cognitively unimpaired professionals, lifelong bureaucrats and top-ranking aides who know the system and can make things work behind the scenes."
This leads predictably enough to the next part of this Problem-Reaction-Solution dialectic: "Yes, of course the deep state exists. And it's a good thing!"
Indeed, the narrative about the deep state is now following the same pattern that the narrative surrounding every piece of conspiracy reality follows. To wit:
First: "It's not real. It's NOT real. IT'S NOT REAL! You're a tinfoil conspiracy looney wingnut and you live in your mom's basement and eat lead paint if you think it's real."
Then: "Of course it's real, and it's a good thing!"
We've seen it happen with the "conspiracy theory" that the US government is collaborating with Al Qaeda and other terrorists. We've seen it happen with the "conspiracy theory" about chemtrails. And now we're seeing it happen with the "conspiracy theory" about the deep state.
Quite an effective psyop, isn't it? So effective, in fact, that most of the population won't even notice that the revelation has occurred. They will just enter it into their political calculus as if it's always been there.
Either: "Yeah! Let's vote in Trump so he can kick out the deep state!" Or: "We need the deep state to protect us from this rogue president!" (You'll note that "rogue president" could refer to either Trump or Biden depending on your political orientation on the fake, controlled left/right political spectrum.)
So, to recap: The deep state is now being officially acknowledged. The idea that the president is not running the country is being normalized. People are being prepared to admit that the idea that they're really (s)electing one man to run the country every four years is a childish fairy tale that never really made sense.
In other words: the emperor is wearing no clothes."

According to the completely useless UK Guardian—an alleged “newspaper”—having produced its first report, the so-called UK Covid-19 Independent Public Inquiry has found that the UK government “failed to prepare UK for pandemic.” Like the good state stenographers…

Amid the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza, Britain’s new Labour government announced that it will build a Holocaust memorial and learning center next to the Houses of Parliament in London.
This announcement comes from a government that won with significant funding from pro-Israeli lobby groups and with some members affiliated with the Labour Friends of Israel group.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer's government plans to advance the Holocaust Memorial Bill, which will allocate funding for the project and amend a 1900 law that currently restricts the proposed site to public garden use only.
"We must do everything we can to ensure that the Holocaust is never forgotten and to fight antisemitism and all forms of hatred and prejudice in our society," the government emphasized in a briefing document accompanying the King's Speech, which outlines its legislative agenda.
