Brutal. I feel for her even tho I’ve talked a lot of shit about her.
I was targeted by her for my “hate” and “misinformation” and kicked off YouTube. I remember I once got a strike for doing a stream about the sackler family and the opiod crisis. Apparently that was “hate.”
I’m only saying this because I’m guessing her 19 year old son died either from an opiod or a vaccine. And that’s what I got kicked off YouTube, by her, for bringing light to.
The things people do to others have a way of coming back at them. I don’t wish this on anyone and I genuinely feel bad for her. But it’s important to remember that life is actually fair. If you censor and destroy people’s livelihoods who are trying to help people, it may have been your own son that it helped. So tragic. And pointless.

CBS News: OpenAI's new text-to-video tool, Sora, has one artificial intelligence expert "terrified"

"Generative AI tools are evolving so rapidly, and we have social network — which leads to an Achilles heel in our democracy and it couldn't have happened at a worse time," Oren Etzioni, founder of TruMedia.org, told CBS MoneyWatch. The nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting AI-based disinformation in political campaigns focuses on identifying manipulated media, including so-called deepfake videos.

New Scientist: Realism of OpenAI’s Sora video generator raises security concerns

“As with other techniques in generative AI, there is no reason to believe that text-to-video will not continue to rapidly improve – moving us closer and closer to a time when it will be difficult to distinguish the fake from the real,” says Hany Farid at the University of California, Berkeley. “This technology, if combined with AI-powered voice cloning, could open up an entirely new front when it comes to creating deepfakes of people saying and doing things they never did.”

...In 2018, following Bolivia having initially struck the deal with ACISA, EE News Europe published the article, “German Venture Taps Bolivian Lithium Deposits”

The introductory paragraph reads:

”With the planned establishment of a public-private joint venture between the Bolivian state enterprise Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos (YLB) and the German ACI Systems Alemania GmbH (ACISA), Germany is to gain access to the raw material. ACISA’s customers include Siemens, Continental, BMW, IBM, Tesla, First Solar, Bosch and the Fraunhofer research company. “

RT reported on the matter, dedicating an entire article to it, “‘We will coup whoever we want’: Elon Musk Sparks Online Riot With Quip About Overthrow of Bolivia’s Evo Morales” - concluding with the sentence that “Although it’s true that Tesla receives lithium from Australia, it is also said to be one of ACISA’s clients.”

In other words, Elon Musk was being disingenuous, implying that Tesla had no direct ties to the situation, and they had nothing to gain from ACISA’s deal with the Bolivian government that was axed just days prior to the coup.

After coming across this, in the midst of the Bolivia story developing and breaking, I found it highly likely that the lithium issue was underpinning Bolivia’s coup, and highly improbable that the important lithium deal being axed days before the coup was a mere coincidence of timing. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck…

This interactive world map on geoengineering, prepared by ETC Group and the Heinrich Boell Foundation, sheds light on the alarming expansion of #geoengineering research and experimentation.

It builds on an earlier map of Earth Systems Experimentation published in 2012. That original map documented around 300 projects and experiments related to the field of geoengineering. Almost a decade later, more than 1,700 such projects have been identified -- including past, ongoing and planned ones. When opening the map, only ongoing and planned projects are displayed, as well as those that have been completed or cancelled in the last five years

These include Carbon Removal and Solar Radiation Management as well as other geoengineering approaches. The map also contains Carbon Capture and Weather Modification projects. There is no complete record of weather and climate control projects so this map is necessarily partial.
