I am completely blown away by the information Brandon is disseminating on his website www.onestupidfuck.com. I want to share just a little bit of what I have put together thanks to him. Taxes are voluntary, but only to those that aren’t placed in the jurisdiction of the U.S. (District Of Columbia) instead of the states as a union. If you have been filing W9 or W4’s or filled out paper work like a 1040 and checking the US citizen box, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY TAXES. You have to revoke your citizenship and make it very clear going forward that you are not a US citizen and rather a State national in the form of written affidavits to get from under the scope of the US code or other regulations that only apply to US citizens. A sovereign is not a citizen and the two terms should NEVER be put next to one another. A sovereign is a foreigner to the “federal government” and to tax authorities (because they are foreign private for-profit CORPORATIONS). True sovereigns are officially classified by tax authorities as a "non-resident alien." There’s two different jurisdictions, one being the United States Of America in the form of the corporation, and another being the original republic that was established by our founding fathers. If you are a “US citizen” you are essentially a government employee, therefore taxes do apply to you. If you write an affidavit to the IRS or other government entities renouncing your citizenship and claiming sovereignty you can remove yourself from their jurisdiction of taxation. Here is a form listing over 100 reasons why taxes do not apply to sovereigns and only to “citizens of the US” (The District Of Columbia). Please if you do anything go to Brandon’s website listed above and read his book under the menu tab called “State National Theory” and join his course “Free killer contract Course” to get a better grasp on this information. This may be more important for our community to study and understand then any of the other truths we are aware of.
