Over and over again, we are hearing about the unfree internet, censorship, security breaches, and lack of quality, functional options.

We use a platform to communicate, become used to it, ultimately find out our data is being compromised and used against us, so we seek new options, finally settle on a "best alternative", become used to it and use it as a platform to communicate, only to have the cycle repeat itself, over and over again.

FRX is a loose affiliation of volunteerists and anarchists who are intending to stop that madness. While working on a privately owned internet 2.0 (not web 3.0 and all that nonsense), we believe that it is also time to take control of our software.

To that end, we are starting a preliminary phase to seek people who are in the technology sector in some form or another, whether BA, QA, PMP, programmer, systems designer, etc. With this group of people, we will be well on our way to actually creating the network and software platforms that are fully free, as in freedom oriented and fully functional to the features that are important to us. We can and should rely on ourselves, not on others, to provide us with our network and communications freedoms.
