In Islam, muslims can have sex with everybody in the family, and there is no punishment in the Quran for it. 🍆 Abu Hanifa said: “There is no punishment for him who has sex with his mother who gave birth to him, his daughter, his sister, his grandmother, his paternal aunt, his maternal aunt, his paternal niece or his maternal niece.”

وقال أبو حنيفة: لا حد عليه في ذلك كله ولا حد على من تزوج أمه التي ولدته وابنته وأخته وجدته وعمتهوخالته وبنت أخيه وبنت أخته
