For the first time since March, the spokesperson for Hamas’s military wing has released a filmed statement (18 minutes long) addressing the current situation in Gaza as well as the issue of negotiations.

The voice is his, and the eyes also appear to be his.

The speech does not offer much new, except for the following statement: “If the enemy continues to insist in the negotiations, we will not allow a return to the framework of a partial deal under which 10 prisoners (hostages – AA) would be released.”

This is the first official admission from Hamas’s military wing in which it confirms that, contrary to previous statements, it is now willing to accept a partial deal that does not include guarantees to prevent a return to fighting.

In other words, Hamas is giving up a precondition it had previously insisted on.

POW 🥷

The Druze today took a prisoner of war from the Islamist forces of the Jihadi Julani regime. The prisoner confirms what was already known: he does not belong to any clan, but is a soldier of Battalion 62 from Hama, commanded by Turkey's man in Syria, Muhammad Jasim Nuaym, also known as Abu Amsheh.

The POW states that they came from Hama in 800 civilian vehicles so that Israel would not notice them in military columns and eliminate them. (At 4 to 5 men per car, that amounts to some 3,500 fighters *.)

According to the POW, 200 foreign fighters from Central Asia traveled with them. Of these, 100 were suicide bombers.

He says their instructions were: if they encountered a Druze - man, woman or child - they were to either shoot it or cut its throat.

The POW explains that their leaders told them that exterminating the Druze was only an intermediate step on the way to Tel Aviv, to completely destroy Israel.
