🔄 Want to switch devices?
You must log out from your current device first, then log in on the new one. If you don't log out, the new device won't be able to connect.

For the best performance, we recommend:

• PortSIP

Prefer a paid app? Acrobits is an excellent choice.

🔐 Login Tips
• Always copy & paste your credentials — never type them by hand. A lot of the login issues we see are just small typos.
• Not logging in? Reinstall the app and clear the cache, then try again.

2️⃣ Underpaid invoice notifications
🔔 If the amount we receive is less than your top-up request, you'll get an instant notification with two options:
• Send the missing amount to complete your original request
• Or add the received amount straight to your wallet

💡 Example: you request $80 and we receive $60 → send the remaining $20, or add the $60 to your wallet.

We've rolled out a brand new version of the web portal.

💳 Payments that keep you in the loop
Every time you pay, you'll get a message with the exact amount we received. If it's less than the invoice, we'll give you a heads-up right away. And if it's the right amount, it gets accepted much faster. ⚡️

💰 Getting your money back
Right now I'm going through every payment since Nine started. If you ever had an invoice cancelled or expired because it was underpaid, that money is coming back to your balance. You don't need to do anything, it will show up automatically.

Once that's done, the focus moves to routes. The goal is to unlock as many as possible for all of you.
