Your account now works on one device at a time — and from that device you get unlimited calling. Simple as that.

🔄 Want to switch devices?
You must log out from your current device first, then log in on the new one. If you don't log out, the new device won't be able to connect.

📱 Recommended Apps
For the best performance, we recommend:
• Zoiper
• Linphone
• PortSIP

Prefer a paid app? Acrobits is an excellent choice.

🔐 Login Tips
• Always copy & paste your credentials — never type them by hand. A lot of the login issues we see are just small typos.
• Not logging in? Reinstall the app and clear the cache, then try again.

2️⃣ Underpaid invoice notifications
🔔 If the amount we receive is less than your top-up request, you'll get an instant notification with two options:
• Send the missing amount to complete your original request
• Or add the received amount straight to your wallet

💡 Example: you request $80 and we receive $60 → send the remaining $20, or add the $60 to your wallet.
