The on‑site technician informed us that a water leak occurred in the cooling system on the second floor of the Frankfurt data center. Our equipment is located on the third floor, and the failure of the cooling system caused a rapid temperature increase in our room.
As temperatures continued to rise, the automated protection systems triggered a shutdown of the power supply across several floors to prevent equipment damage.
The recovery time is still unknown.
We will provide you with an update as soon as new information becomes available.

Update 1

In Frankfurt, a short circuit occurred in the cooling system, which led to a power outage across the entire data center.
Their engineers are doing their best to restore the infrastructure and bring all systems back online.
As soon as we receive any new information, we will immediately update you.
At this moment, the ETR remains unknown.
