He's an halfling. Or at least, he is now. He was an Elf and a prestigious detective, but while working on a case, he got involved with a pretty shady group and was transformed into an Halfling.

the proportions are a bit fucked up because I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do a dude that's 85 cm tall, but oh well
