In today's My Trading Game Plan, Chief Market Strategist Gareth #Soloway breaks down whether the AI bubble is finally starting to burst — as the "invincibility" of these momentum trades cracks and money quietly rotates beneath the surface. Even record results and raised guidance aren't enough to satisfy an overextended market, and Gareth maps out exactly where institutional capital is moving as a wave of earnings reactions reshapes the tape.

Today's Earnings Reactions:
Broadcom (AVGO) — Beat revenue expectations, reporting $22.2 billion, and raised Q3 guidance with expectations for 84% year-over-year revenue growth. Yet the stock still pulled back roughly 3–6%, driven by a slight miss in the software segment and falling short of the EPS "whisper number." The takeaway: even record AI revenue and a guidance raise weren't enough to satisfy this overextended market.

CrowdStrike (CRWD) — Fell around 10% in a classic "sell-the-news" reaction. The company topped both revenue and EPS estimates, raised its full-year forecast, and announced a 4-for-1 stock split — yet investors still chose to lock in gains.

PVH — Dropped sharply, around 16%. The company beat Q1 estimates but sold off hard after trimming its fiscal 2026 sales guidance, citing macroeconomic weakness in Europe.
The common thread: strong numbers are no longer being rewarded. When beats and raised guidance get sold, it tells you the market's risk appetite is shifting — and that's the structural story Gareth breaks down today.
