First Malayalee to become the Chief Of Naval Staff Admiral R Hari Kumar, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, ADC assumed command of the #IndianNavy on 30 November 2021 as the 25th Chief of the Naval Staff #CNS. He succeeds Admiral Karambir Singh, PVSM, AVSM, ADC who retires upon superannuation, after an illustrious career, spanning over forty one years, in the Indian Navy.

Admiral R Hari Kumar is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla.

He was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 01 January 1983. In his career spanning over 38 years, he has commanded Coast Guard Ship C-01, Indian Naval Ships Nishank, Kora, Ranvir and the Aircraft Carrier INS Viraat.

A Gunnery specialist, he has held several key appointments, including Fleet Operations Officer and Fleet Gunnery Officer of Western Fleet, Executive Officer of INS Vipul, Gunnery Officer (GO) of INS Ranjit, commissioning GO of INS Kuthar and commissioning crew of INS Ranvir.

His shore appointments include Command Gunnery Officer at HQWNC, Naval Advisor to Government of Seychelles, UN Mission in Somalia (UNOSOM II) at Mogadishu and Training Commander, INS Dronacharya.

As a Flag Officer, he has served as Commandant of the Naval War College at Goa, Flag Officer Sea Training, Flag Officer Commanding Western Fleet #FOCWF, Chief of Staff, #WNC, Controller Personnel Services and Chief of Personnel at Naval Headquarters.

He has also served as the Chief of Integrated Defence Staff to The Chairman Chiefs of Staff Committee #CISC at the critical junction during the creation of the institution of Chief of Defence Staff and Department of Military Affairs.

He was the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Naval Command at Mumbai, prior taking over helm as Chief of the Naval Staff on 30 November 2021. #HarkaamDeshKeNaam..

Behind the victory of Tripura is also the story of ending the horrific loot that changed the fortunes of the youth of Tripura and halved the expenditure of the entire Northeast.

Biplab Kumar Dev, the young Chief Minister of the BJP government formed for the first time in Tripura with the elimination of communists in 2018, was eyeing the loot due to which the entire Northeast including Tripura was being looted.
The Haldia port of Bengal used to be the only route to transport goods coming by sea to the Northeast. The distance from the Haldia port of Guwahati, the gateway to the Northeast, was 1220 km and the distance of Agartala, the capital of Tripura, was 1645 km. Whereas the distance from Tripura to Chittagong port in Bangladesh, now called Chittagong port, was only 67 km. And the distance from Tripura to Guwahati is only 550 km. Chattogram is connected by Agartala by two rivers, Meghna of Bangladesh and Gumti river of Tripura. Small ships already plying in Meghna. Small ships could not sail only because of the silt in the 35 km length of the Gumti river.
Now understand the story of that robbery...
After the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, India could get permission for commercial use of Chattogram port. But no attempt was made for it for 44 years. Prime Minister Modi made efforts for this as soon as he became the Prime Minister in 2014. The MoU was signed with Bangladesh on 6 June 2015. An agreement in this regard was signed on 25 October. As soon as he took over as the Chief Minister of Tripura, Biplab Kumar Das met Prime Minister Modi and the then Waterways Minister Nitin Gadkari and requested him to clean the Gumti river by dredging it. Its results were visible within two years. Last year on September 5, 2020, the trade waterway between India and Bangladesh was inaugurated. Prime Minister Modi has also connected Tripura by road with Chattogram port in Bangladesh by inaugurating one and a half kilometer long Maitri Setu on the Feni river this year.
A year ago, Tripura has become the main logistics hub for the eight states of the Northeast including commercial transport and supplies. Today thousands of trucks are being operated from the soil of Tripura. This sequence is to continue to grow in the years to come. Prime Minister Modi's decision to open the route of commercial water transport from Bangladesh and the efforts of young Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev has proved to be a boon for Tripura with a population of about 42 lakhs. Traders and citizens of all the states of the entire Northeast have also got unprecedented relief, huge profits have been made. I remember that in October 2018, young Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev had said in an interview that I would make Tripura a logistics hub of the North East in three years. That young Chief Minister has shown his promise by fulfilling it in just 2 years. The result of the same hard work of that young Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev has come to the fore in the form of election results today. The people of Tripura have been brutally repulsed by the people of Tripura who are doing politics of secular shigufs and ethnic religious gimmicks. There is a special reason for this.
Why the work which should have been done 40-45 years ago was not done till 2014.? The reason for this was that since 1977, only communists were in power in Bengal and Tripura. Thousands of crores of annual business of carrying goods from Haldia to Northeast was with the goons of the Communist Party of Bengal. He used to do this work at exorbitant rates. That is why for 45 years that work could not be done which Prime Minister Modi has done in only 4-5 years.
But leave the praise of the young, hardworking Chief Minister of Tripura on news channels singing praises of Kejriwal's fraud day in and day out, you would have never even heard the mention of him. Instead of visiting temples

In order to save the religious goons who attacked, Lutyens news channel, media were spewing poison of lies against the Chief Minister of Tripura and the government. But the public does not decide after listening to the fake and poisonous Vetal stories of these news channels. The decisions of the people are taken after seeing and enjoying the truth of the land.
Tripura has given this message that what and how does the Hindutva government take care of the interests of the people and their happiness.
