I chose A, purely based on the logic that there are verifiable testimonies of people having it. I know that the virus itself hasn't been isolated which is causing a lot of people to say it's a hoax but I'd say it's more political that that, the reality is likely that the CCP don't want it isolated so the world bodies that they fund (W.H.O) haven't looked, or released information on it being isolated. The reasoning for this goes into Xi Xingpings manifesto on biological warfare and the Wuhan P3 lab of virology that just happened to be studying bat strains of coronaviruses... If it's isolated, people can study it, and just like China scrubbed all info on the outbreak before the W.H.O team got there, they will scrub all evidence of it being lab made too.
