BREAKING: SECOND CHARGE FILED AGAINST CROOKED JUSTICE MORAES IN MILITARY TRIBUNAL

Lawyer Arthur Hermógenes Sampaio Junior filed a lawsuit charges at the Supreme Military Tribunal against crooked Alexandre de Moraes, Supreme Court Justice and president of the Superior Electoral Court, accusing him of prevarication and abuse of power. In his 109-page argument, Sampaio alleged that the magistrate practiced “political activism” in favor of a candidate for the presidency of the Republic (Crooked Lula).

“For some months now, he has been repeatedly practicing judicial political activism in favor of a candidate for election to the Presidency of the Republic in a notorious way, disrespecting the Federal Constitution of 1988, as well as practicing in theory the conduct typified in article 319 of the Penal Code, crime of prevarication , as well as abuse of authority”.

The Military Court accepted the representation, which will be reported by Minister Maria Elizabeth Rocha. 🇧🇷
