When Daniel offered to describe and interpret the king's dreams, he did so voluntarily without fear and not a clue as to what the king dreamt, but he knew God would show him. His life was on the line. The lives of others were on the line. He spoke the truth even when it was an ugly truth. He didn't simply "believe" God would show him and be with him, he KNEW it. This is true faith.
