I noticed a some interesting things:

1. The term "warp speed" in remarks RE: NSPM 13 in March 2020. Trump said covid was an attack and called the vax rollout "Operation Warp Speed" announced in May 2020.
2. June 2018, Trump directed the Pentagon to plan a new military branch: Space Force.
3. Just three months later, September 2018 came NSPM 13.
4. When the Biden admin started, they didn't seem to know about the space force. Remember Psaki's press conference saying "it's the plane of today" and didn't know who the POC was? LINK

I do believe the Space Force is focused on more than just outer space—rather a combo: outer-space and cyber-space.
