This clip quickly encapsulates why I believe Trump had to devolve the government and allow the precipice to play out.
The enemy wants to tear our country apart via civil war. If Pence had rejected the election on January 6th I can practically guarantee an ugly and violent civil war would have played out as the mainstream media cheered it on.
