I'm hearing some people tell me that things just continually get worse, they feel discouraged. In some cases that is probably true but when you go outside and breathe in the fresh air and talk to God I doubt you will feel the same way. When you see the smile of a child or a friend helping someone in need then how can you feel anything but joy? When you feel discouraged it's because you've been taking in too much of the same perspective. Change and adjust to a heavenly thought. Fight it by focusing on God and the good things around you. Not all of life is fixated on the serious problems. You're not supposed to carry that weight or torment yourself. God's got this. Give your burdens over to Him.
