Twitter/Musk Legal Battle Update

Over the past week Twitter was ordered to provide documents related to one recently fired executive

Earlier this month, Elon sold almost $7 billion worth of Tesla stock just in case he's forced to purchase Twitter and just in case investors back out to avoid emergency sell off later

Elon has consistently made claims there is a large % of bots on Twitter. The company for the tool Elon is using (Botometer) is claiming that the numbers don't mean anything because it depends on what thresholds you use and is asking Elon to explain how he is using the tool.

Now Twitter has threatened to revoke Bot Sentinal's access to twitter data via their API because this company claims to prove 5% of people are bots.

Twitter is also trying to get text messages from Elon Musk

Elon was asked if he'd considered creating his own social media network if the deal falls through. He responded with X.com

Twitter and Musk both appear to be in a panic over this 🍿
