When the enemy seems to be specifically targeting you it's sometimes important to recognize it as such. The enemy thrives in the shadows. When you understand that you are being targeted for a specific attack it gives you a certain perspective, and helps you to focus your spiritual armor and not lose sight that you are in a spiritual war.
This gives you courage. You can achieve valiant things in the spirit. You can have your own David moment of overcoming. But if you do not recognize the war and do the opposite of what the enemy comes at you with...you may fall more easily to his tactics. Most often the enemy wants you to worry, fret, and dwell in anxiety. Simple solution. Refuse to play the game by his rules. What is heaven thinking. How is heaven acting?
Heaven is peaceful, hopeful, and living in triumph. Play the game from a heavenly perspective and you will frustrate the enemy to no end.
Leave frustration to the enemy and you live in peace.

Would I give up all of my possessions for God? I believe I would, but I humbly have to admit that I haven't been forced to prove it.

This whole Biden trip to SA has me getting all sentimental.

I've been to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I was heading home to the United States from Yanbu, SA, but my Dad took me on a little side trip to Jeddah before I left for home. I was surprised because Jedda is so close to Mecca and we were "westerners" so I was a tad nervous to go there. It was just me and him which was so special for me because we have a big family so to get 1-1 time with my Dad was so special. We played mini golf and had amazing father/daughter time.
