After seeing this part of the video, I went and looked them up. On their home page is this quote:

"The Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia is the Federal agency responsible for gathering information about newly arrested defendants..."

"PSA has partnerships with various justice agencies and community organizations as a way to build our capacity for support services for defendants under pretrial supervision."

Then WHY on earth would this agency be tracking people and their religious exemption information? This is to begin on February 10, 2022.
